Our Timeline

The Building Process

Step 1

Consultation

Give us a call, send an email, or fill out our contact form to schedule a meeting to help us understand your vision and expectations.

Step 2

Design Phase

We work closely with you to build a full vision, outline budgets and begin the design phase by collaborating with an architect or draftsman to create a functional, custom design.

Step 3

Estimation

We take all of this information and begin preparing a comprehensive project estimate. Once complete, we schedule a meeting to review the proposal in detail and
answer any questions you may have and make any needed adjustments.

Step 4

Approval & Contract

After all final details are confirmed, a Construction Contract is prepared and signed. At this point, your project is officially ready to begin and we set a start date!

Step 5

Construction Phase

We break ground and begin working on your dream! We maintain clear and consistent communication all the way through the project. Our goal is for you to enjoy your new space and to feel like part of our family long after the project is finished.
